This 45-minute co-ed class is a fun and engaging introduction to gymnastics for toddlers. Students learn fundamental skills in a safe, supportive environment.
Gymnastics at this age encourages the development of strength, balance, flexibility, and coordination, while also helping improve quick decision-making, goal setting, and body awareness through playful activities and games.
It’s a great foundation for gymnastics and all kinds of movement-based sports!
