What are your policies?

  • Leotards are recommended to be worn for girls, but fitted athletic clothing is acceptable for both boys and girls.
  • Jewelry should not be worn during class, and long hair should be tied back.
  • No food, drink, or chewing gum is allowed in the main gym area – water bottles and snacks can be kept on the
  • side in our cubbies.
  • We are not responsible for any lost items.
  • Parents are not permitted in the gym area.
  • All family members are allowed to watch classes from our lobby.

What is your cancellation policy?

  • We require a 30-day emailed notice to cancel or pause your child’s enrollment at any time during the school year.
  • All make-ups on your account must be completed by your drop date.
  • For any withdrawals due to emergency circumstances (medical, injury, etc.), a credit is allowed on your account to be used for future class/camp tuition.

Can you provide information on billing & discounts?

  • A credit card is required to be on file for automatic monthly billing.
  • Tuition is charged on the 1st of each month.
  • A $55 annual registration fee is charged each school year. This is a non-refundable fee.
  • There will be a $35.00 charge for any check returned to us from the bank.
  • A late fee of $25 will be charged for declined tuition payments.
  • There is a 10% discount on tuition for siblings.
  • If your child takes two 60-minute classes, we offer a 50% discount on the second class.
  • There are NO REFUNDS for missed classes (see “Make-Up” Policy below).

What is your make-ups policy?

  • For any missed class, we allow you to schedule a make-up class on a different day and time.
  • Your child must be actively enrolled in a class to schedule a make-up class.
  • Make-up classes must be scheduled in advance, either in person, through email, or over the phone.
  • Make-up classes must be scheduled within 8 weeks of the missed class.
  • All make-up classes must be scheduled within the session of the missed class (either the school year session or the summer session).
  • There are no refunds or tuition adjustments for missed classes; only make-up classes will be granted.

What happens during inclement weather?

  • For any closures due to inclement weather, a make-up class will be awarded to each student’s account.
  • Closures due to weather will be emailed to families as soon as possible and posted on our social media pages.

What happens during the fall / school year session?

  • Our Fall/school year sessions run from September through June. Your child will be automatically enrolled month-to-month unless you contact the office to cancel or pause their enrollment. (see “Cancellation Policy”)
  • No matter what day of the week your child attends class, they are promised 34 active classes from September through June. Our closures can be found on the Calendar Tab on our website.
  • Once our session ends in June, you must re-enroll your child for the summer session or the following Fall/school year session.
  • Your child will NOT be automatically enrolled for any future sessions.
  • Levels reserves the right to cancel, combine, or reschedule classes, due to a lack of registration.
